StarmanX Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

The following defines our Terms & Conditions for Shipping, Returns and Refunds:

Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and PayPal. All orders will be processed after payment has cleared.

Shipping:  
We ship Monday thru Friday.
We currently only ship to US domestic, and Canada. We don't ship internationally at present.

Shipping Rates apply accordingly if not set at fixed. Fixed shipping prices (when noted) apply only to ground shipping.

Return Policy:
IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Ordering.

Please check the packing box/package and the product upon arrival, and immediately notify us and the delivery company if any damage has been done to the product. 

Returns - Purchaser must notify us of intent to do so and reason why within 10 days of original receipt of merchandise. We’ll provide you a RMA number to be noted on the return label. 

Returns must then be made within 10 days from when the RMA# is issued by us. No COD returns, and any merchandise without an RMA# will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your cost.

All returned merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent, including original packing materials. No refunds will be made for products that are used, worn or damaged beyond likely shipping damage; which will only be determined by us, our appointed third party or shipping company.

Regarding clothing items, there is a size chart for each item. Be sure the measurements are a fit for your body type.

*Items wanted to be returned for mistaken purchases (e.g. changed mind, ordered wrong size, trial use, mis-read the description, etc.) will not be eligible for such.

For all approved returns, we will either apply the charge back to the customer’s credit card, PayPal account or send a refund check within 30 days of receiving the returned items to us, as per our guidelines.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as other applicable charges associated with the purchase of, or return of, all merchandise. Customer will not receive credit for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. However once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

If American Express, Visa, MasterCard credit card or PayPal refunds are requested as opposed to company check, such refunds will be subjected to a 3.2% surcharge to cover processing fees.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
